Ingredients

  • 6 medium Fresh U.S. Russet Potatoes (Peeled and sliced thinly)
  • 2 nos Ready Made Pizza based (10inch)
  • 50gm Pesto Sauce
  • 100gm 3 Cheese (Red Cheddar, Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan)
  • 40gm Green Zucchini (slice and grilled)
  • 40gm Yellow Zucchini (slice and grilled)
  • 20gm Arugula or Rocket Salad
  • 40gm Feta Cheese
  • 40gm Tomato Cherry Red

Preparation
Prep Time: 15min | Cook Time: 15min

  1. Preheat the oven to 356°F (180°C).
  2. Standby with baking tray. Put the 2 pizza dough at the base of the tray. Spread the pesto on the first layer of the pizza. Then add the U.S. Russet potato slices, grilled zucchini, feta cheese, tomato cherry and lastly spread the 3 types of cheeses.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
  4. Once the pizza is cooked, cut it into 4 or 6 pieces. Add the arugula salad and feta cheese on top of the pizza.
