Preheat a medium size pan. Add the oil and sauté the kimchi, chicken sausage, carrot, mushroom and onion. Sautee for 5 minutes and add the seasoning.
Preheat the oven to 356°F (180°C). Arrange the U.S. Hash Brown patties in a baking tray and bake for at least 10-12 minutes.
Prepare a medium size baking tray. Place the U.S. Hash Brown patties as the first layer in the baking tray. Next add the filling that was sauté earlier on. Add the 3 cheese and also the sour cream. Repeat the process another 1 more time.
Preheat the oven to 356°F (180°C). Bake the Kimchi flavored U.S. hash brown casserole in a baking tray at least 15 minutes.
Once ready, place the casserole on a serving plate before serving.
