Simple and quick healthy snack

Ingredients

  • 400gm U.S. Frozen Potato Wedges
  • 50gm Petai (Cut Halves)
  • 50gm Tempeh (Cut Small Cube)
  • 50gm Onion White (Small Dice)
  • 100gm Sambal Sauce
  • 40gm Cheddar Cheese
  • 40gm Parmesan Cheese
  • 40gm Mozzarella Cheese
  • 5gm Spring Onion (Chopped)

Preparation

  1. Preheat a medium size pan and add cooking oil
  2. Sautee the tempeh until it starts to become crispy. Next Sautee the white onion and the petai. Last but not least add the ready-made sambal sauce and mix together with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). (Air fryer or home use oven)
  4. Spray the U.S. frozen potato wedges with cooking oil. Arrange in a baking tray oven and layer with brown parchment paper. Bake for at least 15-20 minutes.
  5. Once cooked and ready, transfer and arrange the U.S. potato wedges on the black skillet. Pour and distribute the sambal tempeh petai on top of the cooked U.S. potato wedges evenly.Add the 3 types of cheese on top of the potato and bake it inside the oven for another 3-4 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped spring onion on top.
