Standby a small size mixing bowl. Mix the smoked salmon, cucumber, tomato, shallot, oil and seasoning.
Pre heat the oven 350 Fahrenheit (180 Celsius). Arrange the frozen hash brown potato on the tray. Baked the frozen potato for 10-12 minutes.
Transfer and arrange the potato on the plates. Place slice avocado on top of the hash brown. Next add the salmon cucumber salsa topping on top of the avocado layer. Garnish with some sour cream on top.
