A healthy and quick to prepare breakfast item


  • 2 pieces U.S. Hash Brown Patties
  • 2 pieces Chicken or Beef Ham
  • 2 pieces Sliced Cheese
  • 100gm Button Mushroom Sliced
  • 10gm Mayonnaise
  • Chive
  • Alfalfa Sprouts
  • 20gm Rocket Lettuce
  • 10gm Cherry Tomatoes
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 no Egg for Poached Eggs



  1. Add U.S. Hash Brown into air fryer & set the temperature for 180°C with 15 minutes timing. When its nearly done, add in the ham & fry to lightly crisps. Set on a plate, topped with mayonnaise & Sliced Cheese
  2. Add in the mushroom into the air fryer & cook for 5 minutes, remove the mushroom from the air fryer into a mixing bowl, add in Extra Virgin Olive Oil & season with salt & pepper.
  3. Crack the 65°C Poached Eggs onto the U.S Hash Brown, season the eggs with salt & pepper.
  4. Garnish with chive & alfalfa sprouts
  5. On the side of the plate, add rocket lettuce & Cherry Tomatoes, drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Method to prepare the 65°C Poached Eggs

  1. Boil the water up to 145.4ºF / 65.0ºC.
  2. When the water reaches 65°C, gently lower the eggs into the water and cook for 1 hour & set a side.
