Ingredients

+

Warm Potato Cube

  • 4 nos U.S. Russet Potatoes
  • ½ tsp Cumin powder
  • ½ tsp Curry powder
  • ¾ tsp Salt
  • ¾ tsp Black Pepper
  • 10ml Cooking Oil
+

Peanut sauce

  • 100gm Peanut (Toasted blend)
  • 50ml Water
  • 20gm Red onion(Blend)
  • 20gm Garlic (Blend)
  • 20gm Galangal (Blend)
  • 20gm Ginger (Blend)
  • ½ tsp Chili Powder
  • 1tsp Gula Melaka
  • ¾ tsp Salt
  • 10ml Cooking Oil

Side Vegatbles

  • 50gm long bean (Cut stick, boiled)
  • 50gm Cabbage (Sliced)
  • 50gm Bean Sprout (Boiled)
  • 2 nos Egg (Boiled cut half)
  • 50gm Japanese cucumber (Slice)
  • 50gm Fermented Soy bean (Cut cube, Deep fried)

Preparation

  1. First peel off the skin of the U.S.potatoes. Next cut the U.S. potatoes into medium size cubes. Then put the U.S. potato cubes inside the mixing bowl. Mix all the ingredients with the U.S. potatoes.
  2. Pre heat air fryer at 180 Celsius, cooking time 20 minutes. Once the air fryer is ready, transfer the marinated U.S. potatoes inside the air fryer. Start the cooking process now.
  3. Now to prepare the peanut sauce Blend together all the ingredients indicated – Toasted peanuts, garlic, ginger, red onion, galangal. Pre heat a medium size cooking pan and add cooking oil. Sautee the blended ingredients and add chili powder for around 10-15 minutes, before adding the gula Melaka and salt at the last
  4. Once the U.S. potatoes are cooked , transfer it at the serving plate together with the side vegetables and “Peanut sauce”
