Baked U.S. Potato Wedges wrapped with Smoked Salmon and server with Miso Aioli

Ingredients

  • 500gm U.S. Frozen Potato Wedges
  • 100gm Smoked Salmon Slices
  • 2gm Chives (Garnish)

Miso Aioli

  • 20gm Miso Paste
  • 5gm Ginger (Grated)
  • 5gm Lemon Juice
  • 80gm Mayonnaise

Preparation

  1. Standby a medium size mixing bowl. Mix the miso paste, grated ginger, lemon juice and mayonnaise. Set aside.
  2. Preheat the oven to 356°F (180°C). Bake the frozen U.S. potato wedges for 8 minutes first. Removed the U.S. potato wedges from the oven.
  3. Wrap the cooked U.S. potatoes wedges with the slices of smoked salmon and put them on a baking tray. Place the wrapped U.S. potato wedges inside the oven and bake for another 4 minutes.
  4. Once they are ready, serve with the Miso lime Aioli and garnish with chopped chives.
