Potato Stack Recipe

  • 4 nos U.S Russet Potatoes
  • 50gm Unsalted Butter (Melted)
  • 20gm Parmesan Cheese
  • 5gm Cumin Powder
  • 10gm Coriander (Chopped)
  • ¾ tsp Salt
  • ¾ tsp Black Pepper

Chili Coriander Mayonnaise

  • 5gm Chili red (Fine Chopped)
  • 5gm Coriander (Chopped)
  • 200gm Mayonnaise

Preparation

  1. Prepare a small mixing bowl. Add the chili red, coriander chopped and mayonnaise. Mix well and transfer into small sauce dish.
  2. Prepare a mandolin slicer. Slice the U.S. Russet potatoes into 1/8 inch slices. Transfer into a mixing bowl. Inside the bowl add the salt, pepper, cumin powder, coriander chopped, melted butter and parmesan cheese. Mix the U.S. potato slices and ingredients. Start to stack the potato slices around 5-6 and use the bamboo skewer to hold the potato stack.
  3. Pre heat air fryer at 180 Celsius, cooking time 30 minutes. Once the air fryer is ready, transfer the potato stack inside the air fryer. Grind some salt and pepper on top of the potato. Start the cooking process now.
  4. Once the U.S. potato stack is cooked , transfer it at the serving plate.
