U.S. hash browns topped with smoked chicken, barbeque sauce.

Ingredients

  • 500gm U.S. Frozen Hash Browns
  • 100gm Smoked Chicken (Small Dice)
  • 50gm Asian Barbeque sauce
  • 50gm Onion white (Dice)
  • 5gm Coriander (Chopped)

Daikon radish pickle

  • 100gm White radish (Peeled and thinly slice)
  • 50gm White vinegar
  • 20gm Sugar
  • 30gm Water
  • 2gm Yellow Coloring (Optional)

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 356°F (180°C). Bake the U.S. hash browns for 10 minutes. Set aside once it’s cooked.
  2. Prepare a small mixing bowl. Add the smoked chicken, Asian barbeque sauce and onion white. Mix well all the ingredients.
  3. Prepare a small mixing bowl. Add the water, vinegar, sugar, yellow coloring and white radish. Mix well all the ingredients and pickled for at least 20-30 minutes
  4. Arrange the cooked U.S. hash browns on the plates. Add the smoked barbeque chicken on top of the U.S. hash browns. Next add some pickle yellow daikon on top. Garnish and sprinkle with chopped coriander.
