Ingredients

  • 4 nos U.S. Russet Potatoes (Cut into small cubes)
  • 100gm Kimchi (chopped)
  • 10gm Onion white (Chopped)
  • 5gm Garlic (Chopped)
  • 50gm 3 type Cheese (Cheddar, Gouda, Mozzarella)
  • 20gm Parmsean Cheese
  • 100ml Cooking Cream
  • ¾ tsp Salt
  • ¾ tsp Black Pepper
  • 10ml Cooking Oil
  • 2gm Sesame seed (Garnish)
  • 2gm English Parsley(Chopped)

Preparation

  1. Prepare a chopping board and knife. Cut the peeled the U.S. Russet potatoes into small size cubes. Put them inside a mixing bowl.
  2. Prepare a medium size pan. Add the garlic, onion, cubes of U.S. potatoes and chopped kimchi. Sautee the ingredients for at least 10 minures. Next add the cooking cream and stir well with the ingredients. Add the 3 cheese and also the salt and black pepper. Transfer into casserole dish and sprinkle the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese on top.
  3. Pre heat the oven at 180 Celsius and set cooking time for 15 minutes . Once the oven is ready, transfer the casserole dish inside the oven. Start the cooking process now.
  4. Sprinkle some sesame seed and chopped parsley on top.
