Ingredients

  • 4 Nos. U.S. Russet Potato
+

Ingredients for Pistou Sauce

  • 200ml Basil Leaves (Slice)
  • 100gm Garlic (Slice)
  • 200ml Plum Tomatoes (Blend)
  • 100ml Extra virgin Olive oil (Blend)
  • 4pcs Smokey Beef Bacon
  • 200gm Gouda Cheese (Smashed)
  • 10 Koasher Salt To taste

Preparation

COOKING METHODS :

1. Take one U.S. Russet potato, and carefully slice it but not until the edge. Place a slice of gouda cheese in between of the potato that you have sliced earlier.
2. Baked the potatoes in the oven for 170 C, 25 minutes.
3. Once it cooked, spread the Pistou Sauce on top of the potatoes and sprinkled chopped smokey beef bacon on top.

PISTOU SAUCE:                                                                                                                   1. In a blender add all the ingredients, garlic, kosher salt, basil leaves, olive oil.
2. Blend it until became smooth sauce.
