Loaded Oven baked U.S Lattice Fries

  • 400gm U.S. frozen Lattice fries
  • 100gm Chicken minced
  • 50gm Kam Heong sauce (Paste)
  • 20gm Onion white (Small cube)
  • 10gm Garlic (Slice)
  • 10gm Red Chili (Slice)
  • 5gm Curry leaves
  • 10ml Cooking Oil
  • 2 nos Calamansi (Cut Half)
  • 20gm Micro green (Ulam raja, coriander) Garnish

Preparation

  1. Pre heat a medium size cooking pan and add cooking oil. Sautee the onion, garlic, red chili, and curry leaves. Cook for another 5 minutes and add the kam Heong with the minced chicken. Cook for another 10 minutes.
  2. Pre heat oven at 180 Celsius and set cooking time for 15 minutes. Arrange the frozen U.S. lattice cut fries on the baking tray. Start the cooking process now.
  3. Once the U.S. lattice cut fries are cooked, transfer and arrange it into the serving tray. Put the kam Heong bolognaise that was cooked earlier on on top of the U.S. lattice fries.
  4. Garnish the dish with calamansi and micro green herbs.
