Pre heat a medium size cooking pan and add cooking oil. Sautee the onion, garlic, red chili, and curry leaves. Cook for another 5 minutes and add the kam Heong with the minced chicken. Cook for another 10 minutes.
Pre heat oven at 180 Celsius and set cooking time for 15 minutes. Arrange the frozen U.S. lattice cut fries on the baking tray. Start the cooking process now.
Once the U.S. lattice cut fries are cooked, transfer and arrange it into the serving tray. Put the kam Heong bolognaise that was cooked earlier on on top of the U.S. lattice fries.
Garnish the dish with calamansi and micro green herbs.
