Vegetarian hashbrown lasagna

Ingredients

  • 400gm U.S. Hash Brown
  • 100gm Avocado fresh (slice )
  • 20gm Sour Cream

Salmon Cucumber Salsa

  • 50gm Smoked Salmon (Small cube)
  • 50gm Japanese (Small cube)
  • 20gm Tomato (Small cube)
  • 20gm Red Shallot (Small dice)
  • 10ml Oil
  • 5gm Salt
  • 2gm Pepper

Preparation
Prep Time: 15min | Cook Time: 15min

  1. Standby a small size mixing bowl. Mix the smoked salmon, cucumber, tomato, shallot, oil and seasoning.
  2. Preheat the oven 350°F (180°C). Arrange the U.S. hash browns on the tray. Baked the U.S. hash browns for 10-12 minutes.
  3. Transfer and arrange the baked U.S. hash browns on the plates. Place slice avocado on top of the U.S. hash browns. Next add the salmon cucumber salsa topping on top of the avocado layer. Garnish with some sour cream on top.
