  • 25g Garlic

  • 25ml White Vinegar
  • 50g Sugar
  • 5g Salt

Preparation

Preparing U.S Crinkle Cut Fries & Prawn

  1. Mix yeast with warm water and sugar. Boil it until it bubbles.
  2. In a large bowl, add flour, turmeric powder, salt and mix well.
  3. Add the egg and water to the yeast. Mix well.
  4. Add in the vegetables (bean sprouts, red chili and chives). Allow the batter to sit for awhile until the mixture turns foamy.
  5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Once the oil is heated, place a flat stainless-steel ladle into the oil for 3 minutes.
  6. Scoop some batter onto the stainless-steel ladle, place a prawn and some U.S. Crinkle Cut Fries on top. Fry for about 30 seconds before using a spoon to gently dislodge the fritter off the ladle.
  7. Fry both sides of the fritters until golden brown. Serve with chili sauce.

Preparing Chili Sauce

  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend well.
  2. In a small pot, bring blended mixture to boil and simmer on low heat until the chilli sauce thickens.
