A wonderful snack to serve during tea time


12 pcs of U.S Lattice Cut

Prawn Paste Ingredients

  • 400g of fresh prawns
  • 5 grams corn starch
  • Salt to taste


  • 30gm Okra Kerabu sliced
  • 1no Onion Sliced
  • 2no Red Chili Sliced
  • Lime juice
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Hoisin mayo

  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon hoisin sauce


Preparation for Prawn Paste :

  1. Deshell the prawns and finely mince it
  2. Marinate it with a pinch of salt and the corn starch in and knead the mixture until combined well.
  3. Pound the paste onto a cutting board repeatedly till you reach a springy consistency, Store in fridge till ready to use.
  4. Spread the prawn paste onto the U.S Lattice Cut, spread evenly & thick. Sandwich with another piece of U.S lattice Fries.
  5. Set aside. Repeat 6 times
  6. Add U.S Lattice Cut & Prawn Paste Sandwich into air fryer & set the temperature for 180°C with 15 minutes timing.

Preparation for Okra Kerabu

  1. Place the okra kerabu & onion into air fryer & set the temperature for 180°C with 5 minutes timing.
  2. Removed & place into a mixing bowl, add in sliced chili & lime juice.
  3. Season with salt & pepper

Preparation for Hoisin Mayo

  1. Mix well & set a side
