Standby a medium size mixing bowl. Add the mayonnaise and sambal paste. Mix well.
Preheat the air fryer or oven to 356°F (180°C). Arrange the lattice potato in a baking tray and baked for at least 10-12 minutes.
Preheat a medium size pan. Pan seared the beef patties and season with salt and pepper. Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Prepare a long tray plate. Arrange the 5 pieces of the cooked U.S. latticed fries on the plate. Add the meslun salad, beef patties and topped with chili sambal aioli. Add another U.S. lattice fries and use the sliced Japanese cucumber and cherry tomato to hold it with a wooden skewer.
Serve with additional Chili sambal aioli on the side.
