Reheat a medium size pan, and add oil. Sautee the green tomato, green chili, green chili padi, shallot and garlic. Cooked for at least 15 minutes and add the seasoning. Once cooked, transfer to small blender. Blend until it becomes a smooth texture.
Preheat the oven 350°F (180°C). Arrange the U.S. potato wedges on the tray. Bake the U.S. potato wedges for 10-12 minutes.
Transfer the baked U.S. potato wedges on a plate. Serve with the sambal hijau dip.
